- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for all pet supplies.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable. These include:
- Opened or used food and treats
- Bedding, litter, and other consumables
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g., custom or special-order items)
3. How to Return an Item
- In-Person Returns: If you purchased the product during a live sales event, please email admin@baileynfriends.com to arrange for a return or exchange.
- Online Returns: For online orders, please contact our customer service team at admin@baileynfriends.com or call (360) 559-3063 to initiate the return process. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product via mail.
4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
- In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange if you prefer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect in your communication.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process, and we will arrange for a new product to be sent to you.
